This food drive is in support of The Hamilton Dream Centre that is currently re-building their facility following a devastating fire. Here’s a little about The Dream Centre: “At our heart, we’re a community-driven, non-profit organization that’s been serving those in need since 2002. We don’t rely on government funding, and we’re here for everyone—no matter your age, abilities, background, or identity. From day one, our goal has been simple: to create a welcoming space where anyone can find the support they need.”
Let’s work together to help them re-build their food bank (which has re-located to a nearby church.) From now until the end of July, SSB is accepting donations of non-perishable food items and personal hygiene products to donate to The Dream Centre. We thank you for your kindness and generosity.
Luncheons at SSB are always a delicious variety of hot and cold dishes prepared by some of our ministers and congregants. There’s something for everyone to enjoy! Great conversations often happen over food, so come and be part of the event.
